Please visit the Department of Public Health located at 1865 S. Townsend Avenue in Montrose, CO. Certificated are issued Monday - Thursday from 8:30am - 12pm and from 1pm - 5pm, and also on Friday from 8:30am - 11am. More information is available by visiting Montrose County Public Health online.
