Vaccines for Kids

The CDC has approved both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children as young as 6 months old. COVID-19 vaccines can be given to children at the same time as any other routine childhood vaccines, like MMR, tetanus, and polio. Parents and guardians are entitled to paid time off from work to take their children to get a COVID-19 vaccine and recover from any potential side effects after vaccination.
