Montrose County offers services in the West End of the County in Nucla, Colorado.

The "West End" includes the towns of Nucla, Naturita, Bedrock, Redvale and Paradox.

The Board of Montrose County Commissioners hold meetings in the West End bi-annually for the convenience of the citizens of the area.
