Mining claims on recorded documents are .25 per claim.
Release Deed of Trust must be sent to the Montrose County Treasurer's Office before recording.
Copies are $.25(25 cents) per page and copies of plats are $7 per page.

UCC's recorded into the real estate records- fees are:
- 1 or 2 pages $10 + $1 surcharge
- 2+ pages $15 plus $1 surcharge
